π Booking & Service Agreement
By scheduling an appointment or dropping off a vehicle, the customer agrees to all terms below. These terms apply to all services without exception.
π§Ύ 1. Personal Property & Valuables (Strict)
Customers must remove all personal belongings and electronic devices prior to service, including but not limited to:
Cash, wallets, and valuables
Chargers, cables, accessories
Dash cameras, radar detectors
OBD2 devices, tuners, trackers
Any loose or stored personal items
Rise & Shine Auto Detailing is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property left inside the vehicle under any circumstances.
π 2. Aftermarket Electronics & OBD2 Devices (Strict No-Touch Policy)
We do not remove, disconnect, inspect, or interact with:
OBD2-connected devices
Tuners or programmers
Tracking devices
Any aftermarket or third-party electronics
We assume no responsibility for the presence, condition, function, or loss of such devices.
Any such items left in the vehicle remain solely the customerβs responsibility.
πΈ 3. Vehicle Condition Documentation
Vehicles may be photographed or recorded before, during, and after service for documentation purposes.
This documentation may be used to:
Verify vehicle condition
Document the contents of the vehicle
Resolve disputes or claims
β οΈ 4. Pre-Existing Damage & Material Risk
We are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage
Wear, deterioration, or failure of materials
Issues that become visible after cleaning
Damage to fragile, aged, or previously repaired surfaces
Cleaning may expose or worsen underlying conditions beyond our control.
π§Ό 5. Service Limitations
All services are cosmetic only. We do not:
Perform mechanical or electrical work
Diagnose issues
Interact with vehicle systems or electronics
β±οΈ 6. Service Conditions & Additional Charges
Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition. Additional charges may apply for:
Excessive dirt, pet hair, or contamination
Biohazards or hazardous materials
π³ 7. Payment & Completion
Payment is due upon completion. Vehicle pickup and/or payment confirms acceptance of services rendered.
π’ 8. Claims & Disputes (Very Important Section)
All claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Claims must be supported by:
Clear evidence
Proof the issue occurred during service
We are not responsible for:
Missing items not documented at intake
Items left in the vehicle
Claims made without supporting evidence
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Liability, if any, is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service performed.
π« 9. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Rise & Shine Auto Detailing be liable for:
Loss of personal property
Aftermarket devices or electronics
Hidden or pre-existing issues
Damages exceeding the cost of the service
βοΈ 10. Agreement to Terms
By booking or dropping off a vehicle, the customer:
Acknowledges responsibility for personal items
Agrees to all terms listed above
Releases Rise & Shine Auto Detailing from liability as outlined
πΈ 11. Media Release & Marketing Use
By booking or dropping off a vehicle, the customer grants Rise & Shine Auto Detailing permission to photograph and record the vehicle (including interior and exterior) before, during, and after service.
Customer grants an irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual license to use this content for:
Social media (including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
Advertising and marketing
Website and promotional materials
Content may be edited, formatted, and used for promotional or entertainment purposes.
We do not intentionally display personal identifying information (such as names, addresses, license plates, or documents) without consent.
By agreeing to these terms, the customer waives any right to inspect or approve the final media and releases Rise & Shine Auto Detailing from claims related to the use of such content for lawful marketing purposes.
Content may include commentary, humor, or general descriptions of service value, but will not falsely represent the customer or intentionally mislead in a way that identifies or defames any individual.
π 12. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
No-shows (failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice) will also be charged a $50 fee.
This fee helps cover lost time and scheduling availability.
By booking an appointment, the customer agrees to this cancellation policy.
